Succulent king prawns, or tender pieces of chicken are mixed with onions, pineapples, peppers, and stir-fried in our homemade sweet and sour sauce to create a dish not to be missed.

The colours and textures of the cucumbers, pineapple and peppers will delight your senses.

You may have to fight over the king prawns though, if you wish to share this dish with your other guests, or you could be gracious and let them have the first choice, difficult though.
