Thai Red Curry with Roasted Duck
There is something comforting the moment you taste this dish – the rich fattiness of the roasted duck works so well with the creaminess of the coconut milk and the red curry paste.
The slight hint of chilli, the sweetness of grapes, pineapples and cherry tomatoes pair so wonderful together, making this dish something special.
