Pork Ribs
pork spare ribsPork Ribs ซี่โครงหมูย่าง
(sii khrong moo yaang)
Our ribs are marinated, deep fried and served with a BBQ sauce.
They make a great starter and you could combine this dish with our other starter dishes such as, moo ping, chicken wings, corn fritters, chicken satay for example to make an exciting Thai starter combo.
We use spare ribs, steamed (braised), and deep fried before being served smothered in a BBQ sauce.
The ribs are braised in a sealed bowl to create a dish that’s tender and flavourful.
In Thailand they are usually eaten as a snack with a cold beer.
Use your fingers, it’s messy, but the best way, and keep plenty of tissues available.

What People are Saying
“I turned up as I was working away, the man said it would be an hour wait and then texted me a sooner time as I asked if it was possible. The food was unreal, exactly like Thailand. Excellent service.” Jordan
“Food was so fresh and tasty with good portions no faults whatsoever. You might look at the prices and think it’s expensive for a takeaway but you get what you pay for. Wagga mammas is one of my favourite restaurants but ain’t a scratch on this place”
