A delicious medium-spiced curry from southern Thailand. Cooked in creamy coconut milk, mixed with chilli and kaffir lime leaf.

Curries from the south of Thailand are not as hot as the northern curries, but this delicious dish of medium-spicy, coconut-rich curry is a delight.

Some days I love it, at other times I pass it by, but don’t you miss it, because the flavours of kaffir lime leaves and holy basil blended with coconut milk make this dish a real treat.
