These go like hotcakes! Dip them into a bowl of sweet chilli sauce, whole, or by the piece, with your fingers, or on a fork, it doesn’t matter, they are delicious either way.
A succulent combination of Thai featherback fish blended inside a patty, then deep-fried and cooked with Thailand’s famous red curry paste weaved through a mixture of lime leaves and Thai spices.
Served with either a sweet chilli sauce or a salsa of chopped cucumber and red onion in white vinegar.
Chilli sauce contains peanuts
