Thai Chicken Wings

(pik gai sarm rot)
Our Thai chicken wings are a great, tasty, starter to any Thai meal.
Five-joint chicken wings are marinated in Amporn’s own sauce then coated in breadcrumbs before being deep fried until crispy.
Served with a garnish of spring onions, coriander, sesame seeds and chilli slices.
Pik Gai Sarm Rot means three-flavoured chicken wings.
The taste is slightly different to the Pla Sarm Rot sea bass dish that we also sell.

This dish was originally created by Amporn for our street food stalls.
It was a great favourite, along with the ‘box to go’ and a simple snack with a tremendous taste.

There are so many variations of Thai chicken wings, (sticky chicken wings, chicken wings with lemongrass and chilli, chilli baked wings).
Amporn’s recipe uses her own marinade and dipping sauce, you’ll love them 🙂
