TempuraBattered pieces of vegetables or prawns

Vegetable tempura: little pieces of baby corn, broccoli, carrots, peppers and other pieces of fresh, colourful vegetables deep-fried in batter until crisp and golden.
Stab each one with a fork, dip it in a bowl of plum sauce and lift it, dripping, to your mouth. Succulent, amazing!
Alternatively prawn tempura, king prawns rolled in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. Exciting!
