This delicious squid stir fry is a great summer dish.

Its base is ‘nam prik pao’ (roasted red chilli paste), the secret to many Thai dishes and what gives this dish its ‘kick’.

Squid tubes are flash-fried in the chilli paste with basil leaves, peppers, spring onion and broccoli.

This is popular Thai dish can be found on many street food stalls around Thailand.
