Who can resist Pad Pak Ruam Mit?
This plate of stir fried vegetables, in a rich soy sauce, is fantastic as a side dish with other Thai food.
I’m not vegetarian but I just love this dish straight from the wok.
Fresh, crunchy, squeaky vegetables, full of colours and flavours, mixed with garlic and just a hint of chilli.
It’s a great way to liven up the taste of vegetables, and healthy too.
We use, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chinese leaf, bean sprouts, mushrooms amongst other seasonal vegetables.
It will be a game-changer about the way you think about mixed vegetables, and just the ticket for vegetarians and vegans.

Having been to Thailand a few times, we adore authentic Thai food – and that is exactly what we got! We asked that the salads be spicy and they were! Truly wonderful. If we lived near, we would be in every week.” Super Sun Time
