Bring on the bagpipes! Our Pad Haggis will certainly be a contrast to the ‘neeps and tatties’ that are traditionally served on Burns Night.
To celebrate the bard on January 25th we are offering this dish throughout January.
We have blended premium Scottish haggis with garlic, fine beans, basil and chillis.
Our version, based on Pad Kraphao – famously known for street food – is a staple cuisine for Thai households, and always spicy.
