Corn Fritters

'Delicious, I cannot stop eating them'

Corn Fritters ทอดมันข้าวโพด

I love the taste of fresh corn scraped off the cob, but what a crazy idea to mix these soft yellow kernels with Thai flour and then blend them into a batter and deep-fry. They are fantastic!

Dip them into a smooth sweet chilli sauce first, then let the flavours explode in your mouth. Delicious. I cannot stop eating them. With a bag of prawn crackers, a film and a beer (or wine) what more could you ask for? Time for a midnight snack!
