“I Love Cooking Thai Food”
“Better still: I love cooking it for you.”
“Why Don’t You . .
Because, Amporn, your food is fantastic,” she said.
So I did. And here I am, cooking for you, in your home or holiday cottage, at your event, or for your wedding.
I want your dinner party to be something special. Not only a meal, but an occasion.
A time you will always remember. A memory of fellowship and fun.
You receive the full package: the service, the food, the hospitality. I even wash up and clean your kitchen afterwards.

“You should . . .
“Now’s the time,” she said.
I had been thinking setting up a Thai street food stall for a few years, but never committed to it.
A little coffee shop, and street food, have always been on my heart.
So, in 2016 I set up a partnership with my husband, Eric, and we went onto the streets of Cumbria with our food.
I always use genuine ingredients, cooked authentically, and more important, restaurant quality.
You can find us now at events and festivals around the North West, but mainly in Cumbria.
We also are available for private and corporate events, we’ve even catered at a few weddings where there was no kitchen.
We aim to create an authentic atmosphere, to what you would experience on the streets of Thailand.
Contact me and I will bring our delicious food to your event.

You’ll Love Thai Food
Your food is fresh, cooked on-site, or at your premises. I source fresh meat, fish, and vegetables from local suppliers.
My recipes use genuine Thai ingredients, no compromise, no substitutes, no look-a-likes, to bring you the best in authentic Thai cuisine.
At home, on my land, since childhood, I helped my family to grow rice, chillies, mango, shallots and more. I know about Thai food, how to grow it, how to select it, and how to cook it.
I bring you my experiences from working in Thailand, and my skills from working under a talented Thai chef in a local Thai restaurant for over 12 years.
