We return to Simgill Farm, with its lovely Alpacas, to cook for Laura’s hen party. A lively group of her friends had travelled down from Glasgow to be with her and enjoy the delights of Thai food.
On the table were Pla Nung Manao (sea bass), Phad Thai Goong, Phad Priaw Waan and Mussaman Gai.
