Welcome, my name is Amporn Whitehead and I run "Thai Kitchen in Lakeland". I aim to bring the ambience of a Thai restaurant into your own home where you can entertain your guests, with a Thai dinner party, in a relaxed and friendly environment. The authentic aromas of Thai cuisine will greet them as they enter your home.

Service

I will cook you an authentic, freshly prepared, Thai meal in your own kitchen using only genuine Thai groceries, to guarantee that authentic Thai taste, and use local produce whenever possible. I will provide all the crockery, cutlery, and glasses and prepare the table, then cook and serve your meal. Afterwards I will also wash all the dishes, and clean and tidy up your kitchen; leaving you just to sit back, relax, and enjoy your special occasion.

About Me

I was born in Thailand, and worked in various Thai restaurants. I came to England in 1997. In the Lake District I have worked for Thai restaurants in Ambleside and Bowness. I have always loved cooking. My family home is in Saphilum, near Petchabhun.

My desire is for you to have a memorable occasion and I will do everything I can to produce delicious Thai food and create the warmth of Thai hospitality for you and your guests.
